Product Summary
Zen Fitness is a browser-based digital wellness app for static-hold fitness practice and body-maintenance education. The Starter Session is free. Zen Fitness Core is a one-time A$29 digital membership processed by Paddle that unlocks the full practice library, guided paths, Practice Log, Body Map, learning notes, account sync, and account controls.
Taxes may be added at Paddle checkout depending on location.
Terms Of Use
Zen Fitness is a personal physical maintenance practice built around static holds, useful tension, breath, and body awareness. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation.
Use the app within your own limits. Choose supported versions when needed, keep breathing available, and stop if something feels unsafe, sharp, unusual, radiating, worsening, or concerning.
The app content, drawings, copy, protocols, product design, and practice structure are owned by Zen Fitness or its creator unless otherwise stated. You may use the app for personal practice. You may not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, or repackage the content as a competing product.
Zen Fitness may improve features, pricing, account behavior, and content access over time. Core access remains tied to the account used for purchase.
Privacy Policy
Zen Fitness may store your practice settings, completed holds, body response choices, breath choices, and optional notes. If you use the app without signing in, this data is stored in your browser. If you sign in with Core access, account sync can save and restore practice data across your devices.
Reflection notes can contain personal observations. Zen Fitness treats them as user-owned practice data. They are not intended for advertising targeting, resale, or profiling.
Zen Fitness does not store full card numbers in the app. Payments are handled by Paddle. Zen Fitness may receive purchase, refund status, customer email, and Core access status details needed to unlock Core, restore purchases, provide support, remove access after a refund, and keep required tax, accounting, security, or legal records.
Refund Policy
Payments and refund handling are provided by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refund requests should be made through the Paddle receipt or Paddle support pathway from the purchase email. After a refund, Core access is removed. This does not limit any consumer rights that may apply under local law.
If Core access does not restore after purchase, email support@zen-fitness.app with the purchase email so account access can be checked.
Data Deletion
Use Clear Local Data in the app to remove practice data and setup choices from the current browser. This affects only that device or browser. It does not close your account or change your Core purchase.
For synced account practice data deletion or account closure help, email support@zen-fitness.app from the account email. Zen Fitness will remove app-side access for that login and delete or anonymize synced practice data, while retaining only records required for purchase support, security, tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

Zen Fitness is not medical advice. Stop if you feel sharp pain, unusual symptoms, dizziness, numbness, radiating pain, or anything that feels unsafe. Seek professional advice if you are unsure whether a hold is appropriate for you.
