Purpose
Zen Fitness is a personal physical maintenance practice built around static holds, useful tension, breath, and body awareness. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation.
Your Responsibility
Use the app within your own limits. Choose supported versions when needed, keep breathing available, and stop if something feels unsafe, sharp, unusual, radiating, worsening, or concerning.
Content Use
The app content, drawings, copy, protocols, product design, and practice structure are owned by Zen Fitness or its creator unless otherwise stated. You may use the app for personal practice. You may not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, or repackage the content as a competing product.
Product Changes
Zen Fitness may improve features, pricing, account behavior, and content access over time. Core access remains tied to the account used for purchase and is for personal use on up to 3 active devices.
Email sign-in codes expire after 5 minutes. Sign out on a device to release its Core access slot, or contact support if a device is lost or unavailable.
Payments And Refunds
Zen Fitness Core is a one-time A$29 digital membership processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on location. The Starter Session is free before purchase.
Payments and refund handling are provided by Paddle. Refund requests should be made through the Paddle receipt or Paddle support pathway from the purchase email. After a refund, Core access is removed. This does not limit any consumer rights that may apply under local law.
If Core access does not restore after purchase, email support@zen-fitness.app with the purchase email so account access can be checked. Any future optional expansion purchase will be clearly marked before purchase.
