For support, safety concerns, deletion follow-up, or feedback, email support@zen-fitness.app. Use Support Report inside the app to copy useful issue details. Replies are usually sent within 2 business days.
Payment Support
Zen Fitness Core is a one-time digital purchase processed by Paddle on the web or Google Play in the Google Play app. The Starter Session is free before purchase. If Core access does not restore after purchase, email support@zen-fitness.app with the purchase email so account access can be checked.

Product Boundaries
Zen Fitness is a calm physical maintenance practice. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or a substitute for professional advice.
Purchase & Support
Zen Fitness Core is a one-time digital membership: A$29 through Paddle on the web, or the price shown by Google Play in the Google Play app. It unlocks the full Library, guided paths, Practice Log, Body Map, learning notes, account sync, and account controls. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on location.
For website purchases, request a refund through the Paddle receipt or Paddle support pathway in your purchase email. Paddle is our merchant of record for website purchases. For purchases made through Google Play, use Google Play refund help or contact support@zen-fitness.app for help with your order. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable rules. This does not limit any consumer rights that apply under local law.
For Core access, account support, privacy questions, or data deletion follow-up, email support@zen-fitness.app. Include your Zen Fitness account email and order reference, if available, when asking about Core access. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
