Refund Handling
Payments and refund handling are provided by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refund requests should be made through the Paddle receipt or Paddle support pathway from the purchase email.
After a refund, Core access is removed. This does not limit any consumer rights that may apply under local law.
Core Access Help
If Core access does not restore after purchase, email support@zen-fitness.app with the purchase email so account access can be checked.
Product And Price
Zen Fitness Core is A$29 as a one-time digital membership processed by Paddle. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on location. The Starter Session is free before purchase.
