What Zen Fitness Stores
Zen Fitness may store your practice settings, completed holds, body response choices, breath choices, and optional notes. If you use the app without signing in, this data is stored in your browser. If you sign in with Core access, account sync can save and restore practice data across your devices.
Reflection Notes
Reflection notes can contain personal observations. Zen Fitness treats them as user-owned practice data. They are not intended for advertising targeting, resale, or profiling.
Account Sync
When you sign in with Core access, Zen Fitness can auto-sync practice returns for that account when online. Manual Upload This Device and Restore From Account remain available for recovery or device changes.
Core access checks may store a local device ID and simple device label so Zen Fitness can keep Core access to 3 active personal devices. This is used for account access control and support.
Payment Records
Zen Fitness does not store full card numbers in the app. Payments are handled by Paddle. Zen Fitness may receive purchase, refund status, customer email, and Core access status details needed to unlock Core, restore purchases, provide support, remove access after a refund, and keep required tax, accounting, security, or legal records.
Export And Deletion
You can export local practice data from the app. Clearing local data removes the browser copy on that device. For synced account data or account closure help, email support@zen-fitness.app. Payment processor records and records needed for support, security, tax, or legal reasons may be retained.
